I am so very sorry for your loss. John is a very special person to me . . . Because of John, and him introducing me to Curt 39 years ago in Watertown, NY, my life changed forever! John is in Heaven now, looking down on everyone, an 'angel to guide his family and friends. My deepest sympathy to each of you ...

My cousin, John,, my husband, Walter, and I had a nice visit a few weeks ago. John was "a rock" for our family when my brother, Ken, was transferred from the nursing home in Fl. to Westmoreland Manor. John was even there to support us on the day of Ken's passing, 10/28/14. John, thank you for the many visits to the Manor and Westmoreland Hospital to spend time with Ken. Condolences to Dorothy, Jamie, Stacey and Derek. God bless you and may keep you in his care.

I knew John for 40 years, ever since I first met Dorothy at work. I know that many people will be able to attest to John's devotion to family -- his mom, Dorothy, the girls, and now his grandson -- I'm sorry that Derrick will not have more time with his Pap-Pap. What I remember most about John was that he was the ultimate host. I can't count how many Christmas Days, New Years' Eves, birthdays, cookouts, random "Can I stop by" that I have spent with him and Dorothy, but he always made me feel so welcome in his home. John, you will be greatly missed by many, probably more than you would ever think.

On our last day together we sat on my front porch, watching the deer & talking about plans for the first grandchild...in the fine Kozak tradition of parenting. Deepest sympathy to each of you.
