Obituary of Ronald W. Cesario

Ronald W. Cesario, age 84, of Mt. Pleasant died Sunday July 4, 2021 in Excela Frick Hospital. Ron was born April 1, 1937, the son of the late Domenick and Martha "Jean" Davis Cesario. With a birthday like April Fool's day, it's no surprise that Ron had a sense of humor like no other. He especially liked to laugh at his own jokes. Ron was a devoted member of Paradise United Methodist Church. Ron served as a PA State Constable. He retired from Fayette County Health Center in 1999 where he worked as the Maintenance Supervisor. He truly was a jack of all trades when it came to remodeling. He owned his own business Cesario Home Improvements for many years. He could wire a house with his eyes shut and spent a lot of time in his home workshop. Ron was a lifetime member of the Bullskin Township Volunteer Fire Department, where he served in many officer positions. He enjoyed camping at Big Bear Lake, in Bruceton Mills, WV. He also loved using his back hoe. He had a wicked sweet tooth and would often enjoy his dessert before his meal. Ron was one heck of a fighter. He remained strong and resilient even at the very end. Ron will be missed by many, but most especially his family. He is survived by his wife: Tressa Cesario; his children, Betty Etling (Tom), Debbie Hoyman (John), R.B. "Ronald Jr." (Shirley), Kelly Scott, Tressa Morris (Edward), Richard Lint (Dana), and Jeffrey Cesario (Sabrina); his brother, Robert E. Cesario (Sandra); and by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his first wife Irene (Springer) Cesario in 1967, his brother Larry "Butch" Cesario in 2010, and his son Dom Cesario in 1996. Family and friends will be received Sunday July 11th from 2 until 8 PM at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle St., Mt. Pleasant. The Bullskin Township Volunteer Fireman will hold a Firefighters Memorial Service at 7:00 PM in the funeral home. Additional viewing will be held Monday July 12 from 10 until 11 AM the time of his funeral service with his Pastor Roger Howard in Paradise United Methodist Church, 105 Hoke Rd., Mt. Pleasant.
