Obituary of Mary E. Dzambo

Mary E. Dzambo, age 92, of Mount Pleasant died Tuesday, December 22, 2020 in Mount Pleasant, PA. Mrs. Dzambo was born January 25, 1928 in Homer City , PA. She is the daughter of the late Michael and the late Barbara Mary (Novosel) Grego. Mary was born and raised in Homer City and was a Graduate of Homer City High School. Mrs. Dzambo was a member of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church. She loved to Crochet, Read, do Crossword Puzzles, play on her iPad and she was the Queen of jigsaw puzzles. She is survived by two sons: Thomas (Mary Lou) Dzambo of Pittsburgh, PA and Bob (Cheryl) Dzambo of Windermere Florida; and her granddaughters; Jessie Dzambo of Mt. Pleasant and Annamarie, Kimberly, and Katie Dzambo of Florida. Her siblings, Marge Grego, Helen Garstecki, Joanne Frazier, Ronald (Verna) Grego, sister-in-law Maryanne Driscoll, and her daughter-in-law, Deb Dzambo, numerous nieces and nephews, and her Grand-Dogs. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Dzambo in 2005 and her two brothers; Michael and Edward Grego. Due to the current health crisis, there will be no hours of public visitation. A private family viewing will be held followed by a Private Blessing Service in the funeral home. Private burial will be in Visitation Parish Cemetery, Mount Pleasant.
