Obituary of Tammy Lynn Catalano

Tammy (Mongelluzzo) Catalano, age 62 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Friday (4/3/2020) in the Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Health Center, Greensburg, PA. Ms. Catalano was born October 9, 1957 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of the late John and Dolores Johnson Mongelluzzo. Tammy was employed in the Athletic Department of Westmoreland County Community College and had also worked at Target in Greensburg. Tammy is survived by her Loving Service Dog, Aries, by her sisters and brothers: Joan B. (Ron) Zimmerman of Bethel Park, Peggy Mongelluzzo of Greensburg, Bill (Eileen) Mongelluzzo of Greensburg, John Mongelluzzo of Greensburg and Larry Mongelluzzo of the South Hills and also by one niece, Kelly (Jeff) Elseroad of Maryland and three nephews, R.J. Zimmerman of Bethel Park, John Mongelluzzo of Unity Township and Christopher Mongelluzzo. In addition to her parents, Tammy was preceded in death by her beloved fiancé, Jim Zeman in 2005 and by her Beloved Service Dog, Windy. Tammy's family would like to thank the Excela visiting nurses, Excela Hospice and Twin Lakes Rehabilitation and Health Center for their compassion and care. Also, a very special Thank you to her friends, Mary and Don Wright for all the care and love they gave Tammy. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
