Obituary of Frank John Testa

Frank John Testa, age 92 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died peacefully, Sunday (2/10/2019) at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

 

Mr. Testa was born July 14, 1926 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the son of the late Anthony and  Michaelina Fasano Testa.  He was a veteran of WWII who served in the United States Army. Frank was the owner and operator of Testa’s Auto Body for more than 30 years.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing and going to the casino, but most of all spending time with his family. 

Frank is survived by his loving family: his son,James F. Testa and his wife Susan of Mt. Pleasant, his beloved granddaughters, Maggie Jones and Jane Roseboro and Gary, by his grandson in law, Ty Bistok and Margaret, and his ten Great Grandchildren.  He is also survived by his sister, Florence Testa Potoka of Mt. Pleasant, his sisters in law, Jane Smith, Donna Minick, and Jean Minick, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife,Dorothy Minick Testa in 2006 and by his brothers and sisters,  Mary Kundrick in 1986, Martin Testa in 1998, Joseph Testa in 2011, and Jennie Snyder in 2013. 

 

Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 2 until 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home,  204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in the funeral home, with the Rev. Richard J. Kosisko officiating.
