Obituary of James H. Griffin

James H Griffin, IV, of Chester, VA formerly of Mt. Pleasant and Latrobe, went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 7, 2018.  James was born on December 29, 1971 in Mt. Pleasant, PA,  beloved son of James Griffin, III and Patricia Shebeck Griffin. James attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He was employed as a tax preparer. He loved his family, his precious little cat, and loved to read about history, especially US history.

  In addition to his parents, Jim is survived by aunts and uncles in Latrobe, many cousins, and friends.

 He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Harry and Cecelia Shebeck, and his paternal grandparents, James and Barbara Griffin of Latrobe, PA.

 A Private Funeral Service was held Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home,   with the   Rev Paul Sarver of the First United Church of Christ Officiating.  Private Interment   followed at the Mt.
