Frank was a long time hairdresser for my mom, Genevieve Boyer. I always enjoyed sitting an talking with Frank while he did my mom’s hair. When my mom died seven years ag, in spite of how difficult it was for Frank to get around, he came to her visitation. He was not happy with my mom’s hair, as she always wore bangs, and Scott allowed him to correct the mistake! Frank was a very special guy!
