Obituary of Joshua J. Pruitt

 Joshua J. Pruitt, age 27 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died unexpectedly Friday October 13, 2017 at his home.

Mr. Pruitt was born April 19, 1990 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the son of Frank J. Pruitt, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant and Linda M. Campbell and Wayne Tempest of Mt. Pleasant. Josh is a 2008 graduate of Mt. Pleasant Area High School. He loved RAPP music, enjoyed going hunting and was an avid sports fan who especially liked basketball and football.

Joshua is survived by his loving family: his parents, his daughter, Lidia Rose Wyman, his sister, Jaelle Pruitt and by his maternal grandparents, Charles and Betsy Campbell. He will also be remembered by his Uncles and Aunts ; Earl Campbell, Charles Campbell, Jr., Robert "Dino" Campbell, Peggy South and Beth Utterback and by numerous cousins and friends. Josh was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Phyllis Adele Jacobs Pruitt.

Family and friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Additional visitation will be Tuesday from 11 to 1 PM, the time of his funeral service, in the funeral home with the Rt. Rev. John Nosal officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
