Obituary of Terry W. Lytle

Terry W. Lytle, age 58 of Mount Pleasant ,PA, died unexpectedly, Thursday February 9, 2017 at his home. Mr. Lytle was born May 25, 1958 in Fairfield, CA, the son of William and Joann Potoka Lytle of Tarrs. Terry was a member of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church. He was a 1976 graduate of Southmoreland High School. Terry loved his job as a driver for Green Acres Contracting. He took pride in his work, never missing a day, and was devastated when he was no longer able to work. Terry loved the wind in his hair, full throttle on the love of his life, his Harley Davidson. He loved his motorcycle almost as much as being the proud father of his kids, his 3 Pit Bulls, who loved him unconditionally and equaled his loyalty, big heart and personality. We know they are waiting for him in heaven, tails wagging, excited to be reunited with their dad again. Terry will be deeply missed by Linda Lytle and his Pit Bull niece, Ice, and all who knew him. In addition to his parents, William and Joann Potoka Lytle, Terry is survived by Linda Lytle, his sister, Tracy Nicklow and her husband Jeffrey of Scottdale, his niece Ashley Ohler and Josh, his nephew, Cory Nicklow and Holly, and by his great nephew, Damien Ohler. Family and friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Terry's funeral mass will be celebrated Monday at 10:00 AM in Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary RC Church, Mount Pleasant, with the Rev. Richard J. Kosisko as celebrant.
