Obituary of Marci Lee Kitta

Marci Lee Kitta, age 33 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Saturday, January 7, 2017 in UPMC-Mercy Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Miss Kitta was born August 20, 1983 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of Mitchell G. Kitta (April) and Brenda Poorbaugh Metz. Marci was a 2001 graduate of Connellsville High School.. She was a caring nanny and gifted seamstress who enjoyed arts and crafts. Marci is survived by her loving family: Her father, Mitchell (April), her mother, Brenda Metz, and by her brothers and sisters: Erin (Michael), Matthew, Christina (Jason), Adam (Allison), Heidi (Steve), Lindsay (Josh) and Amanda (Josh) and dear friend Connie. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 8:00 PM with the Rev Randy Landman officiating. Private Inurnment will be in the Transfiguration Parish Cemetery, Mount Pleasant.
