Obituary of Barton A. Corvin

Barton A. Corvin, age 66 of RuffsDale, PA, formerly of Connellsville, died unexpectedly Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at his home. Mr. Corvin was born August 24, 1950 in Connellsville, PA, the son of the late Arlyn and Elizabeth Beirieter Corvin. He was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church. Bart was a 1968 graduate of Connellsville High School. He was a proud veteran of the Vietnam Era who served in the United States Marine Corps. Bart was employed for over 30 years as Plant Manager of Daimler Chrysler in Sterling Heights, MI. He was a member of Harley Owners Group (HOG). Bart enjoyed working in his yard, and playing with his dog Bud, but most of all spending time with his family He is survived by his loving family: his son, Barton A. Corvin, Jr and his wife Jackie of Tarrs and by his beloved grandchildren, Hannah and Aidan Corvin. Bart is also survived by his sisters and brothers; Vickie West (Lee) of Dawson, Matt Corvin (Nancy) of Morrell, Karen (Kasey) Parlak (Mike), Amy Corvin and Brian Corvin, all of Connellsville. Family and friends are invited to attend Bart's Funeral Mass on Saturday November 12, 2016 at 11:00AM at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Richard J. Kosisko as celebrant.
