Obituary of Stanley S. Gach, III

Hempfield Township, Stanley S. Gach, III, age 71 died Wednesday (5/25/2016) at his home. Mr. Gach was born December 31, 1944 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the son of the late Stanley and Kathryn Havanets Gach. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Parish of Jeannette. Stanley was a 1962 graduate of the former East Huntingdon High School. He was a Veteran of the Korean Era who served in the United States Air Force. He had been employed in the maintenance department of Omnova Solutions Inc. of Jeannette, and had also worked at Walmart of Greensburg. He enjoyed caring for his yard and gardening. Stanley was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He is survived by his loving family: his wife of 49 years, Suk Cha Cheng Gach, his son,Daniel S. Gach and his wife Monica of Greensburg, his beloved grandchildren, Danielle and Nicole Gach, and his sister, Joanne D. Gach Geckle of RuffsDale. In addition to his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his sister, Carleen Drummond in 2004. There will be no hours of public visitation. Graveside Funeral Services will be held Monday at 12:30 PM in the Visitation Parish Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Richard J. Kosisko officiating.
