I worked at Senior Life for a while and when I was there, I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting Anne. I can truly say I have never known someone as loving and sweet as Anne. She had a smile to light up a room and that smile is what helped me get through some tough times. As my husband became laid off from work, and I had off handedly discussed this with her, she began to pray for our situation. I am truly indebted to her for those prayers as they were answered.
Although I knew only a small amount of sign language, Anne was always patient with me and even taught me more and sometimes had a good laugh at my blunders.
As saddened as I am to say goodbye to her, I truly smile as I think of the amazing angel that heaven has gained. Anne Murphy will never be forgotten.
