Obituary of Mary Ida Sansone Tepper

Mount Pleasant, Mary Ida Sansone Tepper, age 95 of Mount Pleasant Township, PA, died Sunday (10/18/15) at the home of her son, with her loving family at her side. Mrs. Tepper was born July 5, 1920 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of the late Antonino and Rosaria Davi Sansone. She was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church. She was a graduate of the former Hurst High School. Mary devoted her entire life to caring for her family and working on the family farm. She is survived by her loving family: her children; Francis C. Tepper of Mt. Pleasant, and Sarah Czekaj and her husband Donald of Scottdale, by her beloved grandchildren; Bernadette Wilson and her husband Richard of Erie, Donald Czekaj, Jr. and his wife Amy of Mt. Pleasant and Steven Czekaj and his wife Karen of Pittsburgh, and by numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Frank C. Tepper, Dec. 29, 1990, her granddaughter, Donna Czekaj Accipiter, March 24, 2013, her sister, Cecelia Sansone, Feb. 26, 1997, and by her brothers, Tony G. Sansone, Nov. 13, 1998, and John P. Sansone, Apr. 17, 2006. Honoring Mary's final wishes, there will be no hours of public visitation. Private graveside services will be held at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery, with the Rev. Richard J.
