Obituary of John Laughlin Mortimer

Mount Pleasant, John Laughlin Mortimer, age 83 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Sunday (12/28/14) at his home. Mr. Mortimer was born September 13, 1931 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the son of the late Alfred and Alice Beranek Mortimer. J.L. was a well known automobile mechanic for many years in Mt. Pleasant. He is survived by his loving family: his children; Bonnie, Barry and Debbie, Larry and Yvonne, Terry, and Kevin and Denise all of Mt. Pleasant, John and Tina of Newark, OH, Ron and Jodi of Heath, OH, Roy of Connellsville, Diana and Danny of Uniontown and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. There will be no hours of public visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service for John on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 1:30 PM at the Breakneck Church of God, 798 Breakneck Road, Connellsville, PA, with the Rev.
