Obituary of Mary M. Tesauro DiNicola

Mount Pleasant, Mary M. "Mary Lou" Tesauro DiNicola, age 92 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Saturday (12/6/14) at the Harmon House Convalescent Center, Mount Pleasant, PA. Mrs. DiNicola was born October 29, 1922 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of the late John and Mary Caggiano Tesauro. She was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church. Mary was a 1940 graduate of the former Ramsay High School. She was a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge #643 of Scottdale. Mary worked for many years as a waitress for the former Roma Room Restaurant. She enjoyed going to Bingo and especially loved caring for her family, cooking and baking their favorite foods. Mary was a loving mother and a devoted grandmother and especially enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren. She is survived by her loving family: her son, Panfield J. DiNicola, III and his wife Bonnie of Greensburg, her son-in-law; Anthony Sansone of Mt. Pleasant, her beloved grandchildren; Lisa Boytim and Scott, Angela Fox and Ron, Panfield DiNicola, IV and Nancy, Gina Mussori and Joseph, and Anthony Sansone, Jr., her great grandchildren; Matthew, Brooke, Nicolas and Colton Boytim, Isabelle Fields, Ayden Fox and Panfilo DiNicola, and her great great grandson, Chase Muziani-Boytim, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Panfield J. DiNicola, II in 2008, her daughter, Mary Louise DiNicola Sansone in 1995 and by her brothers and sisters; Warren and Mellon Tesauro, Martha Vargo, Tillie Antonelli, Tristine Tesauro, Angeline Mirigliano, Lucille Tesauro, and Theresa Giganti. Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 9 until 10:00 AM, the time of her Memorial Mass, at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, Corner of Silver and Summit Streets, Mount Pleasant,PA, with the Rev. Richard J. Kosisko as celebrant. Inurnment will be in the St. Pius X Parish Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mt. Pleasant. PA.
