Obituary of Eugene Joseph Bailey

Acme, Eugene Joseph Bailey, age 81 of Acme, PA, died Sunday (12/22/13) in the UPMC-Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Bailey was born March 20, 1932 in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of the late Eugene and Victoria Voelker Bailey. He was a member of St. Raymond's of the Mountain Roman Catholic Church. Eugene was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Korean Conflict. He had been self employed as an Auto Body Mechanic for many years. Eugene is survived by his loving family: his son, E. Scott Bailey and his wife Carie of Greensburg, and his grandchildren, Cole and Avery Bailey. He is also survived by his special friend, Susan Bauer of Mt. Pleasant, and his brother, Thomas Bailey of Pittsburgh. As per the wishes of Mr. Bailey, there will be no public hours of visitation. Private Inurnment will be held at the Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mt. Pleasant, PA.
