Obituary of Eugene Fontanazza

Mount Pleasant, Eugene Fontanazza, age 77 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Friday (5/3/13) in the Latrobe Regional Health and Rehabilitation Center, Latrobe, PA. Mr. Fontanazza was born December 13, 1935 in Old Bethany, PA, the son of the late Sebastian and Mina Hutchenson Fontanazza. He had been employed by the former Bryce Brothers Glass Company of Mt. Pleasant. . Eugene is survived by his loving family: his nieces and nephews; Darlene Cook and her husband James, Ronald Smith and his wife Jane, Carol Overly and her husband Charles and Robert Smith. In addition to his parents, Eugene was preceded in death by his sister and brothers, Mary T. Smith, Michael Fontanazza, and infant Emanuel. Family and friends will be received Monday from 2 until 4 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mt. Pleasant at which time his funeral service will be held in the funeral home, with the Rev. Thomas C. Shirer, officiating. Private Interment will be in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Tarrs, PA.
