Obituary of Patricia Marie Zipnock Provlic

Mount Pleasant, Patricia Marie Zipnock Provlic, age 68 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Friday (11/30/12) in Harmon House Convalescent Center, Mount Pleasant, PA. Mrs. Provlic was born January 6, 1944 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of the late Leo Zipnock and Rita E. Reed Zipnock Champ. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Mt. Pleasant and the United Methodist Women. Patty attended the former Ramsay High School. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse who worked for Westmoreland Manor and was a private duty nurse for many local families. She loved working on crafts and crocheting and especially enjoyed making prayer shawls for the church. Patty couldn't wait to share her crafts with her family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, who will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Patty is survived by her loving family: her children; Kenneth Provlic, Jr. and his wife Charlotte, and Rick Provlic and his wife Suzie, all of Mt. Pleasant, her beloved grandchildren: Dennine Soliday, Patrick Provlic and his wife Stacie, Bryan Provlic and his wife Jessica, and Adrianne Provlic. She will be greatly missed by her beloved great grandchildren, Matthew Provlic, Zachary Soliday, Zoey Provlic, Brianna Provlic, and Tyler Provlic. Patty is also survived by her brother and sister; Dennis M. Zipnock and his wife Marianne of New Stanton, and Marlene Beran and her husband Richard of Scottdale, and by her brother-in-law George Provlic and his wife Jane. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth M. Provlic, Sr. in 2005 and by her sister, Denise Tucholski. Family and friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 & 6 to 9PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Patty's funeral service will be held Monday at 11:00 AM in the funeral home , with the Rev. J. Timothy Hoover and Rev. Thomas C. Shirer, Jr. co- officiating.
