Obituary of Helen F. Bellnier

Helen F. Bellnier, 95 of Mt. Pleasant died Sunday January 5, 2025 at Independence Westmoreland Hospital.  Mrs. Bellnier was born October 27, 1929 in Mt. Pleasant to the late Edward and Marie Smith Forejt.

Helen was a graduate of the former Hurst High School.  Mrs. Bellnier was a member of the First United Church of Christ in Mt. Pleasant.  She lived most of her adult life in Vestal New York and worked for GAF as a Human Resources Supervisor. 

Helen is survived by her loving family, her nephews, Gary Hoyle (Sharon), and Kenneth Hoyle (Janet); her niece, Shelley Hoyle; her two step-sons; her step-daughter; her step-grandchildren; and by numerous great-nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, William Bellnier; her sisters, Anna Marie Schroll (Paul), and Margaret “Peg” Hoyle (Arthur); her brothers Edward and Thomas Forejt.

In honoring Helen’s wishes there will be no public hours of visitation or services.  A private inurnment will take place in Vestal Hills Memorial Park, Vestal, NY.  All arrangements have been entrusted to Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc., Mt.
