Obituary of Cindy S. Sebek

Cindy S. Sebek, 61 of Mt. Pleasant died Sunday December 15, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.  Mrs. Sebek was born April 15, 1963 in Mt. Pleasant to the late Dale “Pappy” and Cecelia L. Sargeant Felton.

Cindy was a graduate of Southmoreland High School class of 1981 and Fayette Vo-Tech for Nursing.  She would go to work as a nurse at various healthcare facilities in the area.  Cindy was also a member of the MS society and would go to the annual convention in Delaware every year. 

Cindy is survived by her loving family, her husband of 42 years, Frank J. Sebek; her children, Heather Lynn Slutter (Richard), and Frank J. Sebek II (Marie); her grandson, Richard Slutter; and by her siblings, Nevin Felton, Patricia Sheets, Diana Hardy, and Gloria “Peanuts” Halfhill.  In addition to her parents, Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Felton.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from noon until the hour of her Funeral Service at 6:00 p.m. at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc., Mt.
