Obituary of Patricia A. Midden

Patricia A. Midden, 85 of Ligonier, formerly of Mt. Pleasant died Tuesday May 2, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.  Patricia was born August 22, 1937 in Scottdale to the late Patrick and Mary Costabile Lucia.

Mrs. Midden was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church and their Christian Mothers Society.  She was a graduate of Scottdale High School class of 1955.  Patti was a lifetime member of the Mt. Pleasant Fireman's Lady Auxiliary and their card club.  She was an avid bingo player, excellent cook, and most of all cherished the time she spend with her family. 

Patti is survived by her loving daughter, Pamela A. Rendine (Gerard) of Ligonier; her loving grandchildren, Jared Rendine (Anne) of Pittsburgh, and Maria Baumann (Alex) of Ligonier; her adoring great-grandchildren, Adalyn and Moriah Baumann and Sophie and William Redine; her sister and brother-in-law, Diana Lucia and Robert McGuinness; and by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.  In addition to her parents, Patty was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. "Hank" Midden; her infant children, Thomas and Lynise; and her siblings, Joseph Lucia, Gerald "Jerry" Lucia, and Annette McGuinness.

Family and friends will be received Friday May 5th from 2:00 to 4:00 PM & 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle St. Mt.
