Obituary of Raymond R. Alakson Sr.

Raymond R. Alakson Sr., age 69, of Mt. Pleasant, died Wednesday January 25, 2023 in Excela Health-Frick Hospital.  Mr. Alakson was born May 27, 1953 in Stevens Point, WI, to the late Raymond A. and Marsha Worzella Alakson.

Ray was a graduate of PJ Jacobs High School class of 1971.  He retired from RNC at Great Pittsburgh as the Maintenance Director.

Raymond is survived by his children, Raymond R. Alakson Jr. (Julie), Pamela Alakson, and Whitney Kuhn; his siblings, Dennis Alakson (Sandy), and Cindy Alakson; and by his seven grandchildren; and 1 great-grandson.  In addition to his parents, Ray was preceded in death by his wife, Karen  Alakson; and his brother, Richard Alakson.

All services will be private for the family.  A private Inurnment will be held in Cole Cemetery, in Derry, PA.  All arrangements have been entrusted to Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle St. Mt. Pleasant, PA.
