Obituary of Wylie Robert Zufall

Wylie Robert Zufall Jr., 91, of Bullskin Twp. died Saturday January 14, 2023 in Eicher's Personal Care home, Normalville.  Mr. Zufall was born May 24, 1931 in Mt. Pleasant to the late Wylie R. and Margaritte Zufall Sr.

Wylie  proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.  He was a member of the Paradise United Methodist Church.  Wylie loved spending time in the outdoors, especially with his mules with the Appalachian Wagon Train and hunting with his sons. 

Wylie is survived by his sons, Robert D. Zufall (Colleen O.) of Scottdale, Timothy L. Zufall (Kristine), and Thomas G. Zufall (Patricia) both of Bullskin Township; his loving grandchildren, Nathan Zufall (Kristen), Bobbi Jo Swink (Woody), Kortney Zufall (Richard), Joshua Thomas, and Jeremiah Thomas; his adoring great-grandchildren, Christian, Domonic, Adrionna, Cecily, Josey, Alex, and Kayla; and by his longtime girlfriend, Betty Douglas.  In addition to his parents Wylie was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Jean Zufall in 1992; his infant daughter, Barbara Jean Zufall; and by his siblings, Joseph Zufall, Betty Shaulis, Clyde Zufall, and Glen Zufall.

Family and friends are invited on Wednesday January 18th from 2 to 8 P.M. at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle St., Mt. Pleasant.  A Funeral Service will be held Thursday at 11 A.M. in the funeral home.  Private burial in Mt.
