Obituary of Bettejane Cesario

Bettejane "BJ" Cesario, of Mt. Pleasant, 76, died Wednesday January 4, 2023 in Scottdale Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.  Mrs. Cesario was born March 30, 1946 in Reedsville to the late Ross and Bette Feathers Smith. 

Bettejane was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church in Mt. Pleasant.  She retired after many years as a bank teller at National City Bank in Mt. Pleasant.  BJ enjoyed reading and most of all spending time with her family.

Bettejane is survived by her husband, Dominic F. Cesario; her children, Carol Nickerson (Denny) of Lewistown, PA, and Richard Gehman (Patti) of Rehoboth, Delaware; her loving grandchildren, Kyle Nickerson (Erin), Evan Gehman, and Cole Gehman; and by her adoring great-grandchildren, Liam and Declan Nickerson.  BJ is also survived by her sisters, Susan Robinson, Joann Smith, and Jana Stevens. 

A Funeral Mass will held Monday January 9th at 11:00 AM at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 224 Summit St., Mt. Pleasant.  Private interment will follow in St. Pius X Parish Cemetery.  All arrangements have been entrusted to Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, Mt.
