Obituary of Carol A. Dawson

 

Carol Ann Dawson, 73, of Mt. Pleasant, died Sunday, November 27 2022 in the comfort of her home. Mrs. Dawson was born December 26, 1948 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of the late Anthony and Nellie Lesniak Bellush. 

Carol was a member of Visitation of the Blessed Mary Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed caring and cooking for others but most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her kids and being “MeMe” for her grandchildren and great-grandsons (her 4 lil bubbas).

Carol is survived by her loving children; daughter Tracey Carns and Mike, son Scott Dawson and Kim, her beloved grandchildren; Shalyn Sirianna and Michael, Shane Carns and Sydney,  great-grandchildren; Casen Sirianna, Zander Sirianna, Braxtin Carns and Tripp Carns.  Carol is also survived by her brothers Robert Bellush, Bernard Bellush and Sue. In addition to her parents, Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Dawson, brother Ed Bellush, and sisters Ann Dzambo, Josephine Pytlak, and Patty Beranek.

Family and friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mt. Pleasant.  A funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in St. Pius Cemetery.
