Obituary of Charles T. Mitchell Sr.

Charles T. "Charlie" Mitchell Sr., age 61 of Mount Pleasant, died Sunday, August 28, 2022 at the Harmon House Care Center in Mount Pleasant. He was born September 8, 1960, the son of the late Merle and Betty Mellors Mitchell. He was a graduate of Mount Pleasant Area High School and worked as a truck driver for many years. Charles was just a great guy who was loved by many people.

He is survived by his loving son who proudly shares his name, Charles T. "Chuck" Mitchell Jr. (Emily), his grandson Keagan McNutt, and his siblings, Merle, Candy, and Lou Anne. In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his sister Brenda.
