Obituary of Mary Lou Sebek

Mary Lou Sebek, age 64 of Mount Pleasant, PA, died Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at her residence. Ms. Sebek was born in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of the late Lloyd and Anna Schwab Sebek Sr. She was a member of  St. Pius X. Church and the former Transfiguration Parish in Mount Pleasant.  Mary Lou graduated in 1975 from Mount Pleasant Area High School and continued her education at WCCC for nursing. She was a registered nurse her entire career caring for patients at Allegheny General, Frick, Highlands and Monsour Hospitals as well as area nursing homes.

She will be dearly missed by her siblings, Lloyd "Buck" and wife Marcy, Ronald and wife Nancy, Andrew "Jim" and wife Marlene, Phyllis Shumar and husband Doug. In honoring Mary Lou's wishes, all services are private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galone Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant.
