Obituary of Shawn P. Hershberger

Shawn P. Hershberger, age 53 of Greensburg PA, died Monday, March 7, 2022 in the Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. He was born December 2, 1968 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the son of Thomas and Cheryl Lauffer Hershberger. Shawn was a member of Alverton United Methodist Church and a graduate of Mount Pleasant Area High School class of 1986. Shawn was employed by Hobart as an Equipment Technician. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing guitar. Shawn is survived by his loving parents; his brother, Joshua Hershberger; and numerous cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his infant sister Jennifer. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. All arrangements have been entrusted to Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant.
