Obituary of Earl Brewer

Earl “Buck” Brewer, age 88 of Leander, TX, formerly of Mill Run, died Thursday, (1/27/2022) in St. David's Medical Center, Austin, TX. Mr. Brewer was born April 15, 1933 in Bullskin Township, PA, the son of the late Charles and Anna Etlling Brewer. He was a longtime member of the Mill-Run Baptist Church. Buck had served in the United States Air Force for more than 20 years. He was an Instructor for Vale Technical Institute in Blairsville until his retirement. He is survived by his loving family: his children; David Brewer (Tonya), Earl W. Brewer (Vonda), Susan Markulec (Jeffrey) and Linda Brewer, his beloved grandchildren, Joshua Brewer, Zachary Brewer, Nicholas Brewer, Jenna Brewer Crowe (Tyler), Lianna Brewer, Kelsey Markulec and Ethan Riffel and by his 6 great- grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by his wife, Lois P. Kern Brewer and Triplet Boys. Family and friends will be received Thursday, from 4 to 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Funeral Services for Earl will immediately follow at 8:00 PM. Military Honors accorded by the American Legion Post 446 of Mount Pleasant will be at 3:45 PM at the funeral home. Private Interment will be in the Indian Creek Baptist Cemetery, Mill Run.
