Obituary of Nancy L. Aller

Nancy L Aller ”Nan” age 48 of Scottdale, PA died 11/29 2021 peacefully in her home, surrounded by all who loved her. Ms. Aller was born November 20, 1973 in Mount Pleasant, PA the daughter of the late Mildred “Sis” Myers Aller and William“ Bill”Aller. She was a member of the Church of God in Alverton. Nan graduated from Southmoreland High School. She was a member of the Caring Ones of Scottdale and was actively involved in the Special Olympics, various Christmas dances, proms, Halloween parties, and many of the other activities that the Caring Ones provided for the Community. Nancy loved drawing, dancing, doing puzzles and bowling. She enjoyed game nights with her friends, “Girls days” with her lifelong girlfriends, shopping and going to casinos with her sisters and family get togethers where they played corn hole and enjoyed great food. Nancy also loved and adored her puppy, Jake. Nancy will be sadly missed by her sister, Kathy Aller of Scottdale. Kathy became Nancy’s everything after their beloved mother died. Kathy loved and cared for Nancy every day of her life for almost 19 years. Nancy loved her beyond words and Kathy loved her back beyond words. In additon to her sister Kathy, Nancy is also survived by her sister and brothers; Angela Smolka and her husband Greg of Mount Pleasant, Bill Aller and his wife Linda of Mount Pleasant and Doug Aller and his wife Sheryl of Everson. She will be greatly missed by her nieces and nephews; Krystal Nicklow and her husband Sam of Scottdale, Bj Smolka and his wife Courtney of Greensburg, Rachael Aller of Everson, Rachel Kessler and her husband Dan of Mount Pleasant, Tiffany Walker and her husband Stephen of Mount Pleasant and their Amazon parrot Mookah and Sarah Aller of Mount Pleasant. Nancy will also be missed by her great niece and nephew,whom she adored, Madison Nicklow and Isaiah Aller. In addtion to her parents, Nancy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Herbert and Mildred Myers and by her paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Emma Aller. Nancy wishes to be remembered as she met you on the pathways of her life therefore, there will be no hours of public visitation.
