Obituary of Jacqueline J. Trout

Jacqueline J. "Jackie" Trout, age 88 of Ruffs dale, went to be with her Lord and Savior and join her loving husband of 56 years on Thursday, November 4, 2021. Mrs. Trout was born October 29, 1933 in Mt. Pleasant, the daughter of the late Clifford S. and Sara E. Burkholder Farmer. Jackie loved to bake and making coconut cream pies was her specialty. They were “the Best”. She was the greatest mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother you could ever ask for. She is survived by her loving children: Thomas R. Trout, Diane Master (Gene), Vicki Hixson, Brenda Husband, Peggy Phillabaum (Ernie), Scott Trout (Eva), Jeffrey Trout and Jennifer Master (Steve) and by her loving grandchildren; Jason Trout (Brandy), Heidi Trout, Cody Master, Tyler Master (Maddie), Carrie Zufall, Nicole Phillips (Jack), Bob Ferrari (Julie), Josh Husband (Brittney), Michael Phillabaum (Jennifer), Melissa McAteer (Josh), Jonah Trout, Sophia Trout, Tanner Master (Kaylie) and Sara Master (Zack). She will also be greatly missed by her great-grandchildren; Alexis, Reagan, Brandon, Maddie, Dakota, Braeden, Zoe, Ty, Isabella, Lilly, Thayer, Carter, Michael, Thomas, Jenna and Luke and by her great-great-grandson, Jonathan and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Jackie was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas R. "Rainbow" Trout, her son-in-laws, Philip Husband and Vern Hixson and by her brother and sister, Clifford Farmer, and Dolores Trout. Family and friends will be received on Monday, November 8th from 3 to 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle St., Mt. Pleasant. Additional viewing will be held Tuesday, from 10 AM until 11AM , the time of her funeral service , in the funeral home with Rev. Meredith Trout and Eva Trout co-officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial donations be made to The Disabled American Veterans in memory of Jacqueline J. Trout.
