Obituary of Randy W. Geyer

 Randy W. Geyer, age 62 of Connellsville, PA, died unexpectedly, Monday (05/14/2018) in the Highlands Hospital, Connellsville, PA. Mr. Geyer was born April 4, 1956 in Connellsville, PA, the son of the late William and Mary Jordan Geyer. He was a member of St. Rita's Roman Catholic Church. Randy is a 1974 graduate of Southmoreland High School. He was employed by Adesa Security Co. Randy was a friend to whomever he met and did anything he could to make you laugh. His jokester reputation made him a fixture at the Connellsville Elks and Lions Club. He enjoyed bowling, professional wrestling, and hockey. His two favorite teams were the Pittsburgh Penguins and the FAYHA Ice Miners, where he would watch his grandchildren play. He loved family dinners, taking off-center pictures, and going on cruises with his loving wife. Randy is survived by his loving family: his wife of 39 years, Ruby A. Hall Geyer, his beloved children; Brad W. Geyer and Tobi and Eric R. Geyer and Kristyne and by his grandchildren, Remy and Roman Geyer. Randy is also survived by his brothers and sisters; Joseph Geyer, Thomas Geyer and Gail, Patricia Geyer, Julie Skovira and James, and Mary Kay Gorecki and Edward, and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Honoring Randy's wishes. there will be no hours of public visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass on Saturday, May 19th at 9:00am at St. Rita's RC Church, 116 South Second Street, Connellsville. Inurnment will be private in the St. Pius X Parish Cemetery, Mt. Pleasant, PA. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle St. Mt. Pleasant.
