Obituary of Gary M. Tinkey

Indian Head, Gary M. Tinkey Sr., age 61 of Indian Head, PA died Monday (10/9/17) in UPMC-Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Tinkey was born November 26, 1955 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the son of the late James and Beulah Pritts Tinkey. Gary was a graduate of Connellsville High School. He served in the United States Army from 1975 to 1979. Gary had been employed as a Equipment Operator for Rolling Rock Country Club. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt. Gary is survived by his loving family: his sons; Gary M. Tinkey, Jr. of Mt. Pleasant, and Eric J. Tinkey of Bullskin Township, and by his beloved grandchildren; Gabriella, Sophia, Morgan and Jackson Tinkey. He is also survived by his brothers and sister; Wayne Tinkey and Glenn Tinkey of Indian Head, Donald Tinkey of OH., and Linda Tikey of Indian Head. Family and friends will be received Thursday from 6 until 8 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Inurnment will be private.
