Obituary of LaVerne Esther Trout

 LaVerne Esther Trout, age 90 of Mt. Pleasant, PA, died Friday, September 8, 2017 in the Westmoreland Manor, Greensburg, PA.

Miss Trout was born June 2, 1927 in Mount Pleasant, PA, the daughter of the late Francis and Alice Miller Trout. She was a member of the Armbrust Wesleyan Church and had also attended Middle Presbyterian Church.

LaVerne retired from the Monongahela Publishing Company after many years of service.

She is survived by her sister, Helen K. Cunningham of Greensburg, by her nieces, Judy Thompson of Hunker and Susan Prinkey of Mt. Pleasant, and by her great nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 1 until 4 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant.

Funeral Services for LaVerne will be held immediately following visitation at 4:00 PM in the funeral home, with the Rev. Robert Ross officiating.

Private Interment will be in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg.
