Obituary of Patricia A. Long

Patricia A. “Trish” Long, 65, of Mt. Pleasant died Tuesday April 14, 2026 at Independence Health Frick Hospital.  Mrs. Long was born December 3, 1960 in Wooddale to the late Bryce and Sally Wadsworth Coffman.

Patricia was a graduate of Connellsville High School class of 1979.  She worked as a Home Health Aide for the United Cerebral Palsy.  She enjoyed her dogs Sheila and Ruby, going to her camp in Bedford, and spending time with her grandchildren Chase and Miles. 

Patricia is survived by her loving family, her son, Michael Long, (Tracey); her grandsons, Chase and Miles; her mother-in-law, Ruthie Long; her aunt, Arlene Assey; her cousin and best friend, Terri Pritts; and by numerous extended family.  In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, David M. Long; her son, David B. Long; and by her father-in-law, Owen “Sonny” Long.
