Obituary of Robert W. Blaine

Robert W. Blaine, 81, of Scottdale passed away Monday February 23, 2026 at his residence.  Mr. Blaine was born March 25, 1944 in Mt. Pleasant to the late William A. and Margaret D. O’Casek Blaine.

Robert was a graduate of Ramsay High School class of 1962.  He was a former member of The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Mt. Pleasant.  He worked most recently at Shell Pointe in Florida in their maintenance department.  Bob enjoyed playing golf, basketball, and dart ball.

Bob is survived by his loving family, his wife of 60 years, Barbara A. Opalinski Blaine; his sons, Brian Blaine (Yvonne) and Robert Blaine (Maria); his grandchildren, Victoria, Lauren, Justin, and Melissa; and by numerous extended family.  In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Janet Blaine Berg.
