Obituary of David C. Yezek Sr.

David C. Yezek Jr., 80, of Mt. Pleasant died Monday January 6, 2026 at Kadima Healthcare of Latrobe.  Mr. Yezek was born September 18, 1945 in Mt. Pleasant to the late William and Elizabeth Luczka Yezek.

Dave was a graduate of East Huntingdon High School and served in the United Sates Army Reserves.  He was the owner and operator of David Yezek Heating & Cooling.  He enjoyed gardening and taking care of his family.

David is survived by his loving family, his son, Kristopher Yezek (Alexi); his daughter-in-law, Abby Yezek; his grandchildren, Eden, Alara, and Ryder Yezek; his sister, Shirley Stitt (Sam); and by numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his wife, Mary F. Beranek Yezek in 2022; his son, David C. Yezek Jr.; and by his brother, Fred Yezek.
