Obituary of Salvadore Juliano
Salvadore Juliano, 89, of Mt. Pleasant died Saturday December 27, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was born June 26, 1936 in Mt. Pleasant to the late Salvatore and Rose Del Sordo Juliano.
Salvadore was a graduate of Ramsay High School class of 1954. He was a member of St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church. After high school he enlisted in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1958. His working career started at the State Unemployment Office, sold insurance for State Farm and Colonial General for 15 years, and then worked as a manager at Thrift Sales in Mt. Pleasant. His last part time job was as the sacristan at St. Pius X Church, and was part of the St. Pius Kitchen Crew. He was actively involved in community service, where he was the president of the Mt. Pleasant Little League when it was first formed. He was also a member of MPVFD Rescue Squad, which branched out to form the EMS group called Medic 10. Sal was one of the original 10 members. He was a big Pitt football fan and enjoyed watching his grandchildren.
Salvadore is survived by his loving family, his children, Mark Juliano (Annette), Michael Juliano (Tancy), and Rosemary Domasky (Benson); his grandchildren, Christina Juliano, Felicia Kriebel (Talon), Martina Domasky, and Marcos Juliano; his great-granddaughter, Mia Kriebel; and his niece, JoAnn Lyon (Ted). In addition to his parents, Salvadore was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Reboy Juliano; his brothers, Generoso and Anthony “Tony” (Marie), and by his nieces, Debbie Juliano and Lynn Knesh.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc., Mt. Pleasant where at Blessing Service will be held on Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. followed by his Funeral Mass at 1:00 p.m. at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Pius Parish Cemetery. Inlieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to be made to St. Pius X Church in loving memory of Salvadore Juliano.
