Obituary of Christine L. Springer

Christine L. Springer, 78, of Mt. Pleasant died Saturday December 20, 2025 at The Grove in Latrobe.  Mrs. Springer was born October 23, 1947 in Gary, IN to the late John and Louise Anderson Sallars.

Christine was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant Area High School class of 1965.  She worked most of her life as a Home Health Aide, retiring from The Thorne Group.  Christine enjoyed cooking, collecting cook books, and spending time with her family. 

Christine is survived by her loving family, her daughters, Michele Marquis, Lisa Hepler (Shawn), and Kellie Hutchinson (Dennis); her grandchildren, Brandon, Michael, Matthew, Frank, Nicole, Kaylin, Hannah, and Allie; her ten great-grandchildren, and by her sister, Gary Kuhn.  In addition to her parents, Christine was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Springer; and by her sister, Norma Barnhart.
