Obituary of Javier Baez Sr.

Javier Baez Sr., 53, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Monday December 8, 2025 at his residence.  Mr. Baez was born March 1, 1972 in Brooklyn, NY to Sonia Delgado Baez.

Javier was a graduate of Norwalk High School in California. Javier was a family man, who enjoyed spending time with his grandkids and was the best grandpa ever.

In addition to his mother, Javier is survived by his children, Alexander Baez (Brittney), Axel Baez, Javier Baez Jr., and Julisalyn Baez (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Manuel, Izayah, and Xiolani; his siblings, Manuel Hernandez, Annabelle Sanchez, and Sonia Ramirez; and by numerous nieces and nephews.
