Obituary of Mary M. Cunningham

Mary M. Cunningham, 77, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday September 23, 2025 at Harmon House Health & Rehab Center surrounded by her loving family.  Ms. Cunningham was born August 15, 1948 in Mt. Pleasant to the late David L. and Veronica P. Janesko Queer.

Mary was a graduate of Mt. Pleasant Area High School class of 1966.  She was a member of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church.  Mary worked at Frick Hospital in Medical Records for over 30 years and at Walmart as a sales associate since 2015.  She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Fireman’s Club and Bridgeport Sportsmen’s Club.

Mary is survived by her loving family, her son, Brian Cunningham Sr. (Julie) of Finleyville; her grandson, Brian Cunningham Jr. of Mt. Pleasant; her siblings, Bruce Braden (Linda Davis), Glenn Braden (Shin Hae), Philip Braden (Claudia), and Pamela Wagner (Jeff); and by numerous nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Keith Braden.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Galone-Caruso Funeral Home Inc., Mt.
