Obituary of Karen R. Alesantrino

Karen R. Alesantrino, 64, of Scottdale died Friday June 13, 2025 at Independence Frick Hospital.  Ms. Alesantrino was born June 21, 1960 in Somerset to the late Janet Groff.

Karen is survived by her loving family, her children, Angela Weyant (Rodger Jr.), John Alesantrino, Brooke Spangler (Justin), and Rogi Ohler (Robert); her grandchildren, Raeann, Skyler, Mercadies, Austin, Allyson, Elizabeth, Kaleb, Lilyan, Payton, Chance, Miles, and Madilyn; her great-grandchildren, Verna, Clara, and Waelynn; her siblings, Rebecca King, Alan Heinbaugh, Sue Conn (Greg), and Patty Heinbaugh; and by numerous extended family.  In addition to her mother, Karen was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Groff.
