My condolences to the Kozak family. Had the honor of playing freshman football with coach Kozak. He commanded your respect and has a way of putting the fear of God into you, as im sure most of his ex players would agree. He was a fantastic man and touched many people's lives.

Mr. Kozak was my teacher, coach and fine example of an American proud man. He garnered much respect from the young men he mentored and more importantly he instilled firm discipline correcting young men. THIS, is sadly lacking in today's male educators who have much to be desired when compared to Mr. Kozak. Let me tell you this, he molded boys into men and this world is much worse off without Waide Kozak in it. GOD welcome your good & faithful servant into heaven. This man did so much good for the men he helped create than you will ever know. RIP Coach, Amen.

Coach K took a big chance on me, a Sophomore that had never wrestled before. His encouragement and modeling of what a young man would want to be has struck with me no matter what I do. I feel that experience with Coach Kosak and Blanda are credited with saving my life. Thank you for EVERYTHING!

Mr. Kozak was a wonderful person. He was my favorite science teacher at Mount Pleasant high-school. He was nice to all of his students and would go out of his way to help you if you were struggling in his class. Mp has lost a great man and I will miss him.

Mr. Kozak was my science teacher and also at that time was my intermediate wrestling coach!! I loved Science and was a great inspiration to me!! He will be missed!!
