Obituary of Robert L. Hough

Dawson, Robert L. "Bob" Hough, age 76 of Dawson, PA, died unexpectedly, Monday (1/1/2018) in Orlando, FL. Mr. Hough was born March 31, 1941 in Dawson, PA, the son of the late Frank and Dorothy Dull Hough. He attended Tyrone Presbyterian Church in Dawson. Bob had been employed for more than 30 years by Continental Feeds/ Wayne Feeds Company in Everson. He was especially known for having the ability to repair or fix anything. Bob enjoyed woodworking and visiting with his family and friends. He especially loved traveling with his late wife Marlene to Florida to visit their son Steven. Bob is survived by his loving family: his son, Steven R. Hough of Orlando, FL and by his sisters; Gertrude Miner of Everson, and his twin sister, Rebecca Ann Cottom and her husband Henry of Scottdale. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 47 years, Marlene Ann Grimm Hough in April of 2017, and by his brothers and sisters; Donald J. , William, Richard, and Ralph Hough, Margaret Galley and Helen Guest. Family and friends will be received on Sunday from Noon to 2 and 5 to 7 PM at the Galone-Caruso Funeral Home, 204 Eagle Street, Mount Pleasant. Funeral Services will be held immediately following visitation at 7:00 PM Sunday, in the funeral home. Private Interment will be in the Scottdale Cemetery.
